These terms govern the text messages Hello Sugar sends to job applicants through our hiring site at hs-hiring.com. By checking the text-message consent box on our application, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Our hiring text program sends updates about your job application: confirmation that we received it, status updates as you move through the process, interview scheduling and reminders, notice when an offer is ready, and replies to questions you send us. It is a two-way, conversational program — you can text us back.
How you sign up
You opt in by checking the consent box on our online application, which reads: “It's OK to text me about my application and future openings at Hello Sugar. Message & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.” The box is not pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of applying or of being hired.
Message frequency, rates, carriers
Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the hiring process. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; we will send one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP, or contact us using the details below, for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your application — we'll simply reach you by email instead.
Privacy
Your mobile number and messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
